bisher hatten die USA den Anspruch, Welthegemon zu sein; wenn sich T. jetzt auf die Einflusszone Mittel- und Südamerika zurückstutzen lässt (beziehungsweise sich selbst so reduziert), dann wäre das für die USA ein Rückschritt . . .
