Sudan - Veto on UN Resolution

A UN resolution convicting violence in Sudan was planned to be endorsed.
China, Russia and Kuwait do not agree - at least one of the veto powers made use of this right.
The misusage of vetos converts the security council into a council of insecurity or cynicism respectively.
Regrettably, again and again a solidarity of dictators rules what is possible and what is not.
