The myth of glorified “slowing down” is really only half-true... In essence, modern communication and the constant need to act “in real time” drive people to get everything done at a breakneck pace. The next problem is AI, which will accelerate many processes, meaning that processes handled without AI will fall behind. Anyone without a smartphone today is already behind—just look at the older generation!

Yes, but work time and rest time must be separated. Not all of the time is work or all of the time is rest in a café as happens with some people.
