President Barack Obama has run out of ideas on how to stimulate the economy, so he turns to his pal, and new White House mascot, Pocket Change, to help him.

Pocket Change has a great idea. He tells President Obama that they should ask the greatest Presidents of America what they would do, however they would have to enlist 16 mad scientists to reanimate their dead bodies.
