But I like the fact, that 3-word-combination "made in china" itself can become the topic of patent-discussion at all (in today's world)! That's lol! Myself I used the same idea with fridge-magnet (front side was picture of US flag and backside was text "made-in-china") several years ago, but never thought that somebody somewhere haven't done the same simple twist already.
Moreover I can't imagine that someone needs to plagiarize other's work on SAME website.

Nope, this is not a plagiate. Got the idea yesterday while watching ice hockey (plenty of flags hanging in the arena, you know). An idea is an idea, even if two people share it.

Edit: Actually, the basic idea is not the same. The fact that I live in the country the flag of which I use in the picture, gives it a different context.
