It is related to the demolition of the monument to humanity by the goverment party in Turkey.
( Bulb is emblem of the government party. ...and we are only country that blacken with the bulb. ) ;)

( Ampul hükümet partisinin amblemidir. ...ve biz ampulle kararan tek ülkeyiz.) ;)
