Thanks for doing an original Israel / Palestine cartoon. I am so fed up with the same "Israelis are like Nazis" stuff that your cartoon is refreshening. You can see the swingback coming.
I don't agree with the message & the snake image is very close to being hateful - especially if you consider that he Star of David is a general symbol for judaism as well - but I think it stays within the limits.
