Nano-technologies (with reference to the Italian word "nano" meaning "dwarf", that is a usual insult to Berlusconi, because it is not very tall...).
Also, the batman suit is because of the "Dark knight batman", with reference to Berlusconi being usually called "cavaliere" ( = knight ).
