how is your self doubt coming since the last post? have you changed your attitude as an artist? how has your work improved?

You are so right and it is also very relaxing and you get to meet interesting people who you otherwise wouldnt make contact with since people are so "closed". This is especially true in NYC where I live. Through my "subwaysurfing" I've gotten into the most fascinating discussions with people from all over the country and around the world. My particular train line Stops at the Airport transport terminal so I get an opportunity to see and draw a variety of people each time I ride.

I love the idea of subway surfing.
I commuted by bus for several years when I lived in Seattle and in Orlando, and I had my sketchbook handy at all times. There was always something interesting to draw, and plenty of time to do it. Rather than being stuck behind the wheel in stop-and-go traffic, I was building my chops and having fun!

Thanks for the kind comments and your Blog comments. Glad you like my work, as an artist I'm full of self doubt and need an ego massage from time to time. My new style is still developing, but I'm really enthusiastic and its the closest to whats going on in my head!
