Informaciones Personales
I make my living as a visual facilitator. This means that I translate ideas in conferences and other meetings into pictures. I do this live, in realtime, painting on my tablet pc, using ArtRage painting software. My work is projected on the venue wall for everyone to see as I create it.

Thank you for all of your kind comments and ratings on my work. Much appreciated!
Yeah... visual facilitation is kind of like court illustrating.
With interpretation.
I sit in the room, analyzing the ideas flying around, and grabbing them onto my tablet pc. It's a complex tug-of-war between making a decent set of pictures, and ensuring that enough informational content is captured.
The end result is used as a visual notepad by people who were at a meeting or conference. It's for them to reference for facts and ideas. And it's also a visual 'anchor' helping people to remember what was going on.
Another difference between this and courtroom sketching is that I use a video projector hooked up to my tablet pc, so as I paint, the work is projected live on a big screen.
I have to agree that it is a pretty darn special occupation.
If you have any talent for it, I recommend getting into it. It's VERY lucrative. VERY VERY lucrative.
