He has a Degree of Arts by the Barcelona University, and he is teacher of the Alcalá de Henares University, since 1997.

His first works in the field of illustration were in advertising agencies.

He worked for two years for the Delta Group, a company specialitated in advertising spots for TV and in producing cartoons.

In 1991, he began to publish his caricatures in the spanish humor magazine El Jueves , where he is still working today.

During the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games, he began his collaboration with the catalan newspaper Avui . Today, he still publishes one caricature in that newspaper every week, in the Sunday Magazine.

Amongst other publications, he has collaborated, too, with the magazines 'Telele', 'Penthouse' and 'Ciencia y Vida', and has created some illustrations for the spanish newspaper (based in Madrid) El Mundo del Siglo XXI .

In september 1995, he began a weekly collaboration with the sports section of El Periódico de Cataluña , one of the more important spanish newspapers.

Vizcarra's caricatures have been usted in a lot of posters, calendaries and record covers.

He even has created the caricatures for one of the 'fallas' of Valencia that were presented in 2005. His works has been presented in several arts expositions, including:

* Caricatures exposition in the Comic Convention of Cornellà, 2005.

* Anthologic exposition, opening the XIX edition of the Comic Contest “Noble Villa de Portugalete” (2005).

* Collective Exposition, organizated as part of the 'El Jueves' 25th anniversary (2002)

* Exposition in 'Humoralia 2001' (Lleida).

* Exposition in the Caricature Meeting 1998 (Ourense)
